What the Riders Say...

I bought my first TRF skid in 2022. All it took was one ride and I was hooked. Specifically, it changed the trail behavior of my Polaris. I no longer dreaded the ride into my zones. The snowmobile no longer uncontrollably pushed through corners and the ride became much smoother. I’m able to conserve my energy, not fighting a sled to get to my zones.

However, after one season on the skid, I’ve come to realize that the improvements in trail handling are completely overshadowed by the backcountry performance. This skid has brought back my confidence. I won’t lie, I’m getting older and more out of shape each year. As part of my photography work, I need to keep up with much younger and more athletic riders. The confidence I get from the TRF Glyde allows me a this luxury. I know exactly where my snowmobile is going to go when I point it. Additionally, I’m so much less exhausted from not having to wrestle a machine all day.

It’s hard to explain the true value if you haven’t spent seat time on one. Believe me, I’ve spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on suspension/skid upgrades over the last 20 years. In the end, there’s only one purchase I’ve made that I feel has had a proportional effect versus dollars spent, the TRF skid. In 2023, I bought a second skid for my other sled. I doubt I ever own another sled without my trusted TRF Glyde.

What the Riders Say...

The TRF skid has become a must have for me whether I’m racing hillclimb or out in the backcountry. It holds a side hill with little to no washout and eats up bumps and holes like no other. It also has a huge range of adjustments for different types, and styles of riding. This skid has not only improved my riding, but made me more confident in all riding scenarios.

What the Riders Say...

One of the most rad skids I’ve ever rode! The amount of adjustability is insane. It works great on the race course and is fun as could be in the mountains. You can make a 155 snowmobile climb like a 165 or put it in party mode and do bow ties like it’s a 146.
